The first time I received the item, the monogram was noticeably not level. After sending photos, they agreed to redo them, however took almost 3 weeks to receive. When I received them a second time, they had put one initial on each cuff link (as opposed to 2 initials on each per my instructions). Hopefully the 3rd time is a charm?????
