Order Status

To check the status of your order please follow the steps below:

STEP 1. Enter your MonogramOnline.com order number in the " ORDER # " box PLEASE NOTE: Your order number can be found in the email confirmation, which was sent to you upon your order placement with MonogramOnline.com

ENTER ONLY THE NUMBERS (do not use the "MONO-") for example, order number MONO - 214642 would be entered as 214642

STEP 2. Enter your email . Please note that you must use the same email entered at the time of order placement, then click "Search Orders".

As most all of our products are personalized and handmade, it takes approximately 5 - 7 business days from production to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, please allow up to 2 - 10 business days for our shippers to deliver your order.

*Please note that from Black Friday to December 31st, personalized production time is approximately 10-15 business days and non-personalized products will typically take 3-5 business days to ship.*
