I originally ordered from DreamAPillow.com and after 2 months of no delivery or response to my emails, I got a refund via my bank and searched for another company to fulfill my order. My husband recently moved out of state for a new job. I ordered these pillows (one of my face and another of our daughter's) for him as a silly but thoughtful going away gift. Turned out to be the best gift ever as he really misses seeing us daily. The images I sent in to use for my order came out perfectly! The pillow is soft and made with good material. My order was shipped with efficiency and care.
