If I could give 0 I would, 1st I spent great deal of time adding to cart as specified when you have multiple orders( a set) , website said order by DEC. 12, to get for Christmas, my order is still saying processed( its Dec.26th) its not even shipped. Customer service ignored me several times when I reached out to be sure it would be here by Christmas ( I mean that was reason for buying), when they did I got lies, Vince said it was in quality check( online still say processing) the next week when I was FINALLY told was not gonna get by Christmas, Matt said was being shipped and shipment team would send tracking email ( my status is still showing process, and you guessed it no email of shipment) . I would NEVER again shop with this company. If you want your product and if you want good customer service.. look elsewhere
