I purchased 2 “fleece” baby blankets for TWINS! 1 for a girl and 1 for a boy. 1st I was overcharged on the shipping.
When I FINALLY received the baby blankets- I received 1 that is FLEECE and 1 that is FELT! I contacted customer service immediately explaining the situation and provided photos. A cs rep got back to me and stated that she was waiting to get information from the “production team” to see that the “FELT” blanket would be redone!!
I have heard NOTHING from that person since the end of June and I have emailed the cs department 3 or 4 more times and received 1 reply asking for the order #! I PROMPTLY replied with the order # and HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING SINCE! This company is TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY AND CANNOT EVEN GET A SIMPLE ORDER DONE CORRECTLY!! Please avoid the headaches and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The photos even show the blankets are NOT EVEN FROM THE SAME MANUFACTURER!
RIDICULOUS!
