I had two noteworthy events for which I wanted to commemorate the experience with a picture in a personalized frame. I ordered both of them from here, and they came looking exactly as I'd hoped for. The price was right and they came onsite. I'm very pleased with the result.

The picture frame is good quality, but the words engraved did not appear as they did on the order which is disappointing.

The back of the frame is glued in upside down. I emailed them with photos and haven't heard back. There is no way for me to turn it around. The engraving is on top. But it stands up upside down.
