Loved my openers

I loved the bottle openers, they came in a timely fashion and were very nice!

They are really nice gifts for that guy who has everything. I'm very pleased .

Great customer service

The bottle opener works just as any other bottle opener. I loved that I could personalize it for my husband. The first opener was not what I had order. There is two capitals in my last name but when I received the opener it had only one of the letterstating capitalized. So I emailed customer service thinking I wasn't going to get a response or it was going to take a while, but it didn't I had a response in less then 8 hours. After a few emails back and forth I had a new opener ordered. The design I chose could only have one capital in it. I do wish the system would have caught it before the confirmation, but it didnt. A mistake happened and that's ok but the important part is how it was handle by customer service. It was great. My husband lover the opener and is happy to be using the can opener anymore.

They cut around the picture in a weird way, cutting off a lot of her fur and making my dog look like a weird shape. I would have been happier if they showed all of her (fur) even if than meant showing some of the background. There’s also a lot of white around the outside, too. Overall, not why I was expecting and hoping for.
