Kids pillowcase

I purchased 2 kids pillowcases for Christmas. They both came with the print on both sides because nothing was put in between. Unfortunately that meant one side was printed backwards. Not cool to have the kids names spelled backwards when young kids are learning to spell their names. I contacted customer service and asked that they be reprinted, but never got a response back. I purchased these a few years ago and they came out great. I was sorry to see the decline in quality and customer service.
