Nice board

The board itself is really nice and will be used as gifts at Christmas. One board came with the slate broken. I tried to reach out to customer service and never heard back. Finally ordered and paid for one so I had enough. They sent 2 - 1 paid extra and the replacement. Communication from customer service would have been appreciated as I would NOT have bought an extra board.
