I never needed a medical bracelet until now. I'm glad I chose this one. Even though I know it's plated, but it still has a good look on my wrist. I'm a big guy at 6'3" 250 and it fits my wrist perfectly. I bought two for when the plated gold wears off the first one. It's very nice.
