Sad but true

I ordered a picture ornament of my grandsons and my husband and I. I sent an email because the first one received was very dark to where you couldn’t distinguish the people in the photo. They responded by sending another ornament that was not as dark, but still too dark to display. Once again I contacted and asked for a refund. I hope ushers have a better experience than I have had.

Had done the frames with the year for several years. This is much better. High quality on photo and printing. Took a little time to get used to the site. Will do this again.
